Kenneth A. Longacre – Director
Mr. Longacre is Chairman of Farm & Home Oil
Company, based in Telford, Pennsylvania. He acquired
the company in 1990 and acted as its Chief Executive
Officer until 1999.
The company is one of the largest independent
distributors of motor fuels, heating oil and propane
in its region. The business operates four pipeline
terminals as well as a direct serve business.
Prior to purchasing Farm & Home Oil Company,
Mr. Longacre was president of Wampler-Longacre,
Inc. from 1984 to 1990. Currently Mr. Longacre
serves on the boards of National Penn Bancshares
Inc. (NASDAQ:NPBC), Investors Trust Co., Penn
Securities Company, Ateeco, Inc. (which operates
the business of "Mrs. T's Pierogies"),
K'NEX Industries Inc. (Manufacturer of K'NEX toys),
Regional Improvement Consortium and Grand View
Hospital of Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Mr. Longacre
is also an active member of the Swamp Mennonite
Church of Quakertown, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Longacre has served as a director of Wood
Composite since February 1, 1999. |
